Attorney Lawrence J. Haskin is committed to providing clients with personal service in a timely manner. Larry has been practicing law since 1976 in areas of Estate Planning including the preparation of trusts and wills, Probate, Trust Administration, Real Estate and Guardianship.

In addition, Larry served as the City Attorney for the City of Oak Creek for 30 years, from 1985 to 2015. Larry currently serves as outside counsel to the City of Oak Creek as an adviser on the redevelopment of Oak Creek’s beautiful lake front.

Professionally, Larry has argued five cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and has been involved in numerous other appeals to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He has also handled numerous complex real estate transactions and has negotiated numerous agreements on behalf of the City of Oak Creek and other clients.

Larry was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. He graduated from Pio Nono High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and obtained a undergraduate degree in history and political science from Dominican College in 1973. Larry graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1976.

Larry has been involved in extensive community service. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for ARC (Advocates for Retarded Citizens, now known as Life Navigators) in Milwaukee for 20 years and served as its Board President. He served on the St. Thomas More High School Board of Directors for 7 years and served as its chairperson. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Mitchell Field since 1986 and has twice served as its President. He was named Oak Creek Citizen of the Year in 1999. Larry also served on the Parish Council for Divine Mercy Parish in South Milwaukee Wisconsin. Larry is a member of the St. Thomas More High School Alumni Hall of Fame. He also is President and Director of the multi-million dollar Leonard Gigowski Catholic Education Foundation, which provides scholarships to students attending St. Thomas More High School.

KIM ANDERSON

Kim Anderson is a paralegal with Haskin Law Office. She earned an American Bar Association accreditation paralegal degree from MATC. Kim continues to maintain her legal knowledge by attending local and nationwide conferences/seminars. She has extensive experience in probate, trust administration, guardianships and real estate matters having worked with prominent Milwaukee area law firms for over 30 years. She works in partnership with Attorney Haskin to protect our client’s legal rights, explaining to clients the complex process of trust administration, probate and legal guardianship and keeping clients fully informed regarding their legal matters.

HOLLY HASKIN

Holly Haskin is the office manager and bookkeeper for Haskin Law Office. She maintains the billing system and is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivables. She has worked with the law firm in that capacity since 1999. Holly graduated from Dominican College in 1973. She taught middle school at St. Anthony’s and at Immaculate Conception in Milwaukee and taught math skills at MATC South Campus. She served on the St. Adalbert and Divine Mercy Parish Councils and as the chairperson of the Human Concerns Commission for 38 years. Holly currently volunteers for Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity.
